Refund policy

Cunnington & Sanderson have a 30 days from the delivery of the last item in your order, including weekends and holidays.

The cost of returning the item is the customers responsibility. The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, along with proof of postage.

All shipping fees, import & customs fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed. Costings will be communicated by email once the return request has been received.

Couriers advice that customers check their email and spam folders for notifications from customs & revenue regarding import and custom charges when delivering to the EU or Internationally.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, if you are located in the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling off period, including sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in your order, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Cunnington & Sanderson will notify you once the item(s) have been received and inspected, and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method with 14 days. Please remember it can take time for banks and credit card companies to process refunds.
