Our shipping costs are dependent on the shipping type and destination. All prices quoted on the website will be in Great British Pounds (£ GBP).
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout prior to purchase.
Once your item is ready, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times below are used only as a reference and will commence from the time your order is shipped, not when the order is placed. Please note the order cut-off time is 11:00 AM Greenwich Mean Time (London).
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery time. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Every effort will be made to dispatch your order promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as delays due to weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or remote locations.

Customs & Import Duties
Cunnington & Sanderson are not liable for any customs duties, import taxes, or associated fees which may be incurred on international orders. If ordering from outside the UK, additional charges may be applied upon delivery, over which we have no control and for which we are not liable. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes applicable in their country. Any fees charged by a customs agent are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be grounds for a refund.
Made to Order
Made to Order products state on the listing the time required to make your item specifically for you. This process avoids excess stock and reflects our commitment to sustainable, responsible production.
Delivery Address
Please ensure all billing and shipping details are correct when placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to redirect packages or amend the delivery address.
