Constructed with made to measure curved padding with feather and down. Fastened with an elasticated waist band and nurses clasp to give a cinched waist and an hourglass silhouette, a velcro neckband and a concealed zip on the hem & the back of the pillow which provides the option of wearing this exclusive top with or without padding.
