Constructed with made to measure curved padding with feather and down. Fastened with a velcro neckband and an elasticated waist band fastened at the back with a nurses clasp to give a cinched waist and an hourglass silhouette. A concealed zip on the hem & the back of the pillow provides the option of wearing this exclusive top with or without padding.
